The pioneering work of technology teachers Bob Mullen and Bob Hollwedel is the subject of a thoughtful and well-written article in The Daily News of Genesee, Wyoming and Orleans counties which highlights the educators’ leadership in introducing students to the world of green technologies. Mullen of the Batavia district and Bob Hollwedel of Alexander Central are preparing for a new sustainable energy program that will put a GE wind turbine on the radio tower at Genesee Community College and involve students in the exciting world of alternative energy. Pavilion Central is part of the consortium developing this initiative, slated to begin this fall, which illustrates how vital partnerships among school districts and community colleges
